Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of €15 is required to confirm your appointment. No appointment is secured without a deposit.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Changes must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or reschedules result in forfeiture of the deposit.

3. Payment Policy

Payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments. Your deposit is deducted from the total.

4. Late Arrival

5+ minutes late: €5 fee. 10+ minutes late: €10 fee. 20–30 minutes late: your appointment may be canceled or incur an additional fee at our discretion.

5. No-Show

Clients who do not attend without notice may be refused future bookings.

6. Refunds

We do not offer refunds for services rendered. Please share any concerns before leaving so we can make it right.

7. Service Adjustments

Adjustments must be requested within 24 hours. We reserve the right to determine if an adjustment is reasonable.

8. Retail Products

All product sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on hair care products or accessories.

9. Liability Waiver

By booking, you acknowledge Royal Braids is not responsible for allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or medical issues not disclosed before your appointment.

Please arrive on time. We value your time, and we ask that you value ours too.

2. Be Kind

Treat our staff and fellow clients with respect. Good energy only.

3. No Extra Guests

Only clients with appointments are allowed. This keeps the salon calm and comfortable for everyone.

4. Children

Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times. We are not responsible for childcare.

5. Zero Tolerance for Rudeness

Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate refusal of service, even with a booked appointment.

6. Relax & Enjoy

This is your time to unwind. Bring good vibes, feel beautiful, and let us take care of the rest.

7. Keep It Clean

Please help us keep the salon tidy by disposing of trash and caring for the space.
