Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of €15 is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. No appointment is secured without a deposit.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and mobile payments. The deposit will be deducted from the total.
4. Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 5 minutes late, a fee of €5 will be added. After 10 minutes, a late fee of €10 will be added, After 20-30 minutes, we can either give a fee or your appointment may be canceled without refund.
5. No-Show Policy
Clients who miss appointments without notice may be blocked from making future bookings.
6. Refunds
No refunds are provided for services rendered. If you have concerns, please communicate them before leaving the salon.
7. Service Adjustments
Adjustments must be requested within 24 hours of your appointment. We reserve the right to determine if an adjustment is reasonable.
8. Retail Products
All product purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on hair care products or accessories.
9. Liability Waiver
By booking a service, you acknowledge that Royal Braids is not responsible for allergic reactions, scalp sensitivities, or other medical conditions not disclosed before your appointment.

Please arrive at or before 10:00. We value your time, and we ask that you value ours too.
2. Be Kind
Treat our staff and fellow clients with respect and warmth. Good energy is always welcome here.
3. No Extra Guests
Only clients with appointments are allowed in the salon. This helps us maintain focus and comfort for everyone.
4. Children Supervision
If you bring a child, they must be accompanied and supervised at all times. We are not responsible for their care.
5. No Rudeness Allowed
Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate refusal of service — even if you have an appointment.
6. Relax & Enjoy
This is your time to unwind. Bring good vibes, feel beautiful, and let us take care of the rest.
7. Clean Environment
Please help us keep the salon clean by throwing away trash and handling our space with care.
